The availability of Reliability Engineers in the market is minimal. Hiring experienced engineers from different sources may not be possible all the time. The best way forward would be to recruit engineers/ current employees having a relevant background in Mechanical or Electronics experience, with hands-on design jobs and train them in Reliability.
