Environmental and Reliability Testing

Test Facilities

BE Analytic has established a world-class test facility for quality and reliability assurance of different Mechanical, Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Products. The infrastructure includes a climatic testing lab, dynamic testing lab, HALT and HASS. Environmental and Reliability testing labs are suitable for performing ESS, Vibration tests, Altitude tests, Thermal cycling tests, Thermal shock tests, Humidity tests, High-temperature tests, Low-temperature tests, Water Ingress protection tests, Solid Ingress protection tests, Mechanical shock and Bump tests, Salt spray test, Drop test and different kinds of environmental tests as per JSS 55555 & MIL-STD, IEC-60529, EN, DIN and IS0-20653, GS 95024-3-1, SAE J1455, ASTM C 150 specifications and determine whether the systems/subsystems perform consistently in the Service environment or not.

BE Analytic also helps develop Test plans for Reliability Growth Analysis, Reliability Demonstration, Burn-in, HALT and HASS screens. Apart from performing compliance related tests, we also do testing of equipment for Failure Mode Analysis and Reliability/MTBF estimation during prototype phases. This helps companies identify the failure modes and compare them with warranty goals set which will in turn reduce the cost and time of the product development.

For different standards, we perform various kinds of tests in our Environmental Testing Lab. The tests that we perform are mentioned below.

BE Analytic also conducts a Mixed gas test is an accelerated environmental corrosion aging test that provides contact with harsh chemical pollutants commonly found in the atmosphere. The test specifically evaluates the corrosion of electrical components due to exposure to atmospheric gasses and contaminants. This test allows manufacturers to test for the build-up of corrosion that leads to the reduced performance of electrical components, providing an accelerated environment to determine a product’s life span as well as identify potential failure points. These results allow manufacturers to reduce premature wear and liability.
